Who

The Carlisle show is our main event, we expect a large number of Minis from Phili, DC, Pitt, NY, NJ, DE and sorrounding areas, we need every body's help to make a great show. Check the message board for the latest and find where you can join.

Why

Join us to help us get everything set for the show! We'll be assembling swag bags, finalizing items for the show, figuring out what to do about the missing pieces. Come ready to work! We are focusing 100% on the May show at this meeting!

To Do: biggrin

Organize swag and other donations
Assemble swag bags (x100)
Organize give-aways/drawing supplies
Finalize supply list (tables, chairs, etc.)
Finalize list of sponsors for poster(s) and thank yous (it will be too late here for the flyers so get me your information ~Amber)
Finalize plan for Saturday (driving in, setting up, handing out swag, give-aways, photos, after the show dinner)
Verify that we have sign-age for the group
Other show stuff?


This is definitely not a typical monthly meeting! We'll get back to those soon enough!

    Finally able to make it to a meeting, yes! Sad part is this will likely be my first and last :-( Selling the MINI as I've been accepted into a graduate studies program in Europe. :-)
