did MINI show you the love?

Hi Everyone!

I'm trying to do some research for work, and I've heard that MINI does an awesome job communicating with their customers. Specifically, during the time between ordering a car and getting the car delivered, not to mention after the owner gets the car.

If you have a sec and wouldn't mind, I'd love to hear what MINI sent you, told you, emailed to you, mailed to you, etc. during any of those times. How did they communicate? What fun little things did they send your way?
